About This Plan

Sturdy design elements and a spacious interior floor plan combine beautifully to create this stylish Mountain home. A triple window dormer, an expansive covered front porch and covered walkway to the two car garage provide strong curb appeal. The interior floor plan features approximately 2,900 square feet of living space which encompasses four bedrooms and four baths. Double door entrance into the spacious foyer leads to an immense vaulted family room which is highlighted by a substantial wall of windows overlooking the rear deck, has a stately fireplace and features built-in cabinetry and bookshelves. The gourmet kitchen and casual breakfast room is open to the family room and the kitchen boasts of a center island with breakfast bar and plenty of additional counter and cabinet space. The breakfast room features a triple bay window, access to the rear deck and the screened porch.
