About This Plan

This charismatic Cottage house plan pursues the finest in unique architectural composition by combining stunning stonework, decorative gables, and an inviting front covered porch. Old World charm and modern construction elements blend beautifully to recreate a model layout for comfortable entertaining and family living. There are roughly 1,600 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two plus bathrooms incorporated into the floor plan. A second level bonus room features a generously proportioned 1,153 square feet of living space.
