About This Plan

This gorgeously designed Florida house plan features outstanding curb appeal and a generously proportioned one story interior floor plan. Warm Mediterranean design features are highlighted on the exterior and consist of red tile roofing, smooth stucco exterior walls, columned beams and a soaring front entrance. Wonderful window views and a two car courtyard garage entrance add structure and balance to the homes curb appeal. The interior layout features a centrally located great room around which the remainder of the rooms are situated.
