FLOOR PLANS

About This Plan

A striking classic and timeless exterior façade features enormous curb appeal in the traditional brick Ranch house design. The exterior is highlighted by triple window dormers, Palladian styled window feature and an expansive front covered porch. There are approximately 1,929 square feet of living space on the main floor of the home consisting of four bedrooms and three baths. The home’s drawings are on a crawl space foundation but also include a slab and basement foundation.
