About This Plan

This sprawling Ranch styled house plan features an abundance of interior space and a striking exterior façade containing a rocking chair front porch highlighted with open railing and beam supports. 1,708 square feet of living space is provided in the single story home and incorporates three bedrooms and two baths into the space. There is a two car garage which features 554 square feet of space for vehicle and other gear storage. The home’s drawings are on a basement foundation which is ideal for future expansion, increased home value and versatility; the drawings also included a crawl space. The expansive front porch leads to the foyer which houses a coat/storage closet and is open to the formal dining room.
