This traditional Southern house plan features a rocking chair front porch, hip roof, double window dormers overhead and a brick exterior. The front covered porch is highlighted with a brick walk-up staircase, substantial columns, open railing and double French door entry/exit points from the dining room and bedroom. The interior floor plan features in excess of 2,750 square feet of usable living space that includes an open floor plan, four bedrooms and three plus bathrooms on a single floor. There is additional expansion space in the overhead bonus room which could be utilized as a fifth bedroom, a multi-purpose family room, home office or artist’s studio. A large three car side entry garage features approximately 1,014 square feet of space for vehicles and there are two large storage areas within the space as well.
