Within the decorative wall is a Palladian inspired window feature which allows the interior great room to be flooded with natural sunlight. The interior floor plan is comprised of 2,650 square feet of usable living space in a single story offering four bedrooms and two plus baths. Additionally, there is a three car side loading garage containing plenty of space for vehicle and other storage items. Entering the home off the center covered porch is an extended foyer with soaring ceiling heights that is open to the great room. This space is quite spacious with a vaulted ceiling, a handsome fireplace and built-in cabinetry including a media center. The vaulted formal dining room is highlighted with columned beams and sits at the rear of the great room. There is a gourmet kitchen with an angled breakfast bar, a separate pantry, desk area and plentiful counter and cabinet space that is open to the breakfast nook where surrounding window views and access to the side covered porch is revealed. The side covered porch is a wonderful spot to enjoy morning coffee or dine al fresco with family and friends.
The rear of the home features an extended hallway to the private office which features an abundance of window views and built-ins. Two spacious bedrooms of equal size also line the hallway and feature generous closet space and double window views. There is a hall linen closet and the shared bath is accessible from both bedrooms while featuring double lavatories, a private toilet area and tub/shower combination. The family laundry room is situated off the garage and is highlighted with a sink area and plenty of counter space. There is a pass-thru from the laundry room into the oversized master suite walk-in closet for conveniences sake. The master retreat has a separate French door access at the front of the space as well which leads to the master bedroom. The master bedroom is vaulted, quite spacious and double window views overlook the front covered porch. There is an attached en suite master bath that features modern amenities and includes dual vanities, a separate shower, compartmentalized toilet area and a spa tub ensconced in window views.
