Classical lines and high pitched roofs make a grand statement on this stucco home. A covered porte cochere creates a drive under area by the entry that allows cars to be parked out of the weather under the roof. The porte cochere is perfect for arriving guests and it gives the home a stately street presence. Steps lead up to the double door entry. Inside the foyer, the grandness of the open spaces surely impresses. The high ceilings and walls of windows show that elegance doesn’t have to be intimidating. Long views through the living room look toward the optional pool and backyard views. The dining room faces the front garden. The kitchen features a huge walk-in pantry, desk space, center island with cooktop and prep sink, and an eat-in nook table. The kitchen opens up to the family leisure room. The leisure room has a fireplace and television built-in wall, a curved window wall to the rear yard, and a vaulted ceiling giving it a comfortable, yet custom touch. Two full guest suites; utility, powder, and wine rooms round the informal family area of the home.

His and her vanity spaces and closets, and an island-soaking tub fronting a glass enclosed shower, create a flowing bath. The secluded master wing is the perfect hideaway.

Flexibility is the key to the space designated over the garage. A private staircase leads to a wonderful retreat consisting of an option for one large space or a living and sleeping area. A full bath and wetbar make this space perfect for an in-law suite, live-in maid, guest bedroom, or home theater.
