About This Plan

This spectacular “Cape Cod” style floor plan is highlighted by its use of masterful window design and would be ideal for a lakefront or golf course lot. The family room is the center of the home and offers coffered ceilings, sunken floors, a fireplace with built-ins and beautiful double French doors leading to the rear deck. There is a formal dining room with trey ceiling as well as an informal breakfast area highlighted by a wall of windows.
