About This Plan

This craftsman style home offers style and comfort in a compact 1,820 square foot floor plan. The front covered porch leads into the family and dining room which is oversized with 12’ high ceilings, a fireplace and leads onto the angled rear screened porch. The kitchen and breakfast area are large with an abundance of counter and cabinet storage, a walk in pantry and triple windows which provide for an open and airy space. A large utility room and half bath are also situated on the same side of the home along with the master suite. The master suite offers an oversized bedroom with trey ceiling, an additional sitting area and access to the screened porch. There are his and her walk-in closets anchored by the master bath which includes dual vanities, a separate shower, garden tub and compartmentalized toilet. Two additional bedrooms with ample closet space and a shared hall bath are located on the opposite side of the home. The pièce de résistance of this home is located beyond the breakfast room where you find stairs leading to two bonus rooms totaling almost 800 square feet and providing endless possibilities for additional space ~ a home office, craft room, playroom or study area. A two car, side entry garage completes the home.
