About This Plan

This attractive split foyer house plan features a blend of luxury and economy with its use of extravagant features and economical square footage. The exterior façade is highlighted with a walk-up front covered entrance, a myriad of window views and horizontal siding. A spacious interior is composed of 999 square feet of living space that includes two bedrooms and two baths on two floors. This house plan is specifically designed for a narrow and/or small lot with its 40’ width and 23’ depth dimensions. The dramatic entry features a glass door with sidelights and an accompanying arched transom which gives a glimpse into the home’s interior. The interior foyer leads to the double staircase granting access to the main level and terrace level of the home. There is a large vaulted family room with a handsome fireplace, a triple wall of windows and access onto the rear spacious deck for outstanding entertaining purposes.
