About This Plan

This Southern house design has it all; a bold and exciting exterior façade and an interior floor plan that is spacious and versatile. The exterior of the home boasts of double stacked front porches which are both aesthetically pleasing and fully functional. There are approximately 2,700 square feet of living space, an optional bonus room and an unfinished basement foundation all designed to maximize family and entertaining space. A large central foyer houses the side staircase and extends into the formal dining room which is open to the family room and features column detailing. The family room is highlighted by a handsome fireplace, plenty of window views into the rear and side yards and provides a gracious space in which to entertain.
